Tijarat Properties

L ocated in the heart of the corporate hub of Islamabad, Blue Area, the Tajarat Properties office serves as a welcoming space for its clients and business partners. Situated on the 4th floor of a mid-rise building, the unique design of this office allows the existing windows to frame views of the Margalla Hills while also bringing in ample natural light.

Upon entering the office, one is met with the dynamic reception area – this serves as the central node of the space. Not only does this help define the circulation, it brings about a certain movement into an otherwise considered ‘boring’ office. The angular vinyl flooring creates a subtle sense of direction, which, paired with the seamless stucco ceiling allows the spaces to be neatly separated into formal and informal. The signature red and green accents of the Tajarat branding effortlessly create harmony amongst the hybrid functionality of the many spaces and their uses, be it real-estate consultation, holding team meetings or designated waiting areas.

This project is a great example of exquisite as well as functional design which incorporate materials that exhibit the most long-lasting finishes.
