Ramada Residency

S Standing tall in Bahria Town Phase 8, the Ramada Residences tower is nothing less of a vertical city.

The outside of this tower is laced entirely with glass; however, it makes use of aluminum louvers and fins which act as the perfect shading devices. The fluid form of the building is reminiscent of flowing water and helps take away from the solidness of an otherwise one-dimensional extrusion of this nature. The horizontal aluminum accents that wrap the building within them bring about a certain movement to the form which is further tied together with the complimentary vertical louvers which vary in size throughout the building. Function wise, the first two floors include retail shops and administration areas whereas the third floor houses a fitness center. The floors above house corporate and residential activity in the form of offices and apartments respectively.

This towering, curvilinear form is one of its kind as it not only sits well in the context it exists in but also because it exuberates energy efficiency and longevity which is apparent in both the exterior and interior details of the building.
