Located at one of the trickiest terrains of PN farms, this house has a contemporary design that nevertheless celebrates the beauty of the landscape and vernacular architecture. It features a concrete base that provides the base for an exposed brick volume, with black steel elements adding an industrial touch to the design. Patios, terraces, and a pool area expand the living spaces, inviting the inhabitants to spend more time outdoors. The U-shaped dwelling features several volumes with single slanted roof. This house had different requirement, it’s a family house but at the same time each floor have separate entrances and drop offs for sons. We achieved it by playing with the natural topography of the site. Site had 90 feet steep contour.
